Who arrives in Airport can reach Rome not only by Taxi service, but even by regular line trains (Leonardo Express from Fiumicino, or FR4 from Ciampino).
Who arrives by train (Termini Railway Station) can walk through Via Gioberti, up to S. Maria Maggiore, then, on the left, Via Merulana and turning second street on the right called “Via di S. Martino ai Monti”
