To hold your room, please do as follows:
- fill in the form and return it to us by fax or e-mail,
- advance to us
• The whole sum for a 1 night booking
• 50% for 2 nights
• 30% for 3 nights or more
The advance payment can be made in the following ways:
• Credit card VISA/MASTERCARD/CARTASI:
sending us your credit card details by fax (0039 06/58179224 – 0039 06/76985854) or email (the name on the card, the 16 numbers and the expiry date).
• Bank transfer:
ask for our bank details and when you have made the transfer send us, if possible within 12 hours of your reservation request, a copy of the transfer by email or by fax to 0039 06 58179224 – 0039 06 76985854 (active 24 hours a day).
WE WILL THEN FAX OR EMAIL YOU A RESERVATION CONFIRMATION FORM WITH ALL BOOKING DETAILS, INCLUDING AN ATTACHMENT OR ENCLOSURE SHOWING YOU HOW TO GET TO OUR B&B, WHETHER YOU ARE ARRIVING BY CAR, TRAIN OR PLANE.
RULES
• In case of cancellation:
- within 12 hours of the reservation being made, 30% of the amount advanced will be returned;
- after 12 hours from the reservation being made, the advance payment will not be returned but will be held for any future stays within the following 12 months
