To reserve a room, please do as follows:
- fill in the form and return it to us by fax or e-mail,
-send us the appropriate advance:
• The whole sum for a 1-night stay
• 50% for 2 nights
• 30% for 3 nights or more
The advance payment can be made in the following ways:
• Credit card VISA/MASTERCARD/CARTASI:
sending us your credit card details by fax (0039 06/58179224 ) or email (the name on the card, the 16 numbers and the expiry date).
• Bank transfer:
ask for our bank details and when you have made the transfer send us, if possible within 12 hours of your reservation request, a copy of the transfer by email or by fax to 0039 06 58179224 – (active 24 hours a day).
WE WILL THEN FAX OR EMAIL YOU A RESERVATION CONFIRMATION FORM WITH ALL BOOKING DETAILS, INCLUDING AN ATTACHMENT OR ENCLOSURE SHOWING YOU HOW TO GET TO OUR B&B, WHETHER YOU ARE ARRIVING BY CAR, TRAIN OR PLANE.
We remind you that to make a reservation it is necessary, after filling in the special form (which you can find on our site) or after a phone contact, to advance:
the entire sum (for one night)
50% for two nights
30% for three nights or more
The advance payment can be done by:
- Credit card (VISA/MASTERCVARD/CARTASI: – giving by fax or via e-mail the details of your credit card and we will take care – according to the hotelkeepers agreement – to charge you the fixed amount by issuing a regular VISA/MASTERCARD receipt. We will immediately fx you a copy of the receipt together with your reservation voucher.

- bank transfer: you will have to fax within 12 hours from your reservation a copy of the bank transfer order to the following numbers: 0039 06 58 17 92 24
IN ANY CASE WE WILL SEND YOU VIA FAX OR E-MAIL A VOUCHER FEATURING ALL DETAILS OF YOUR RESERVATION AND CONFIRMING THE SAME.
The balance shall be paid on arrival, while receiving the keys, cash or by credit card. No cheques accepted.
We also remind you that:
In case of cancellations or changes send by e-mail, by phone or fax to 06/58.17.92.24 by the person who made the reservation
The money you paid in advance shall not be lost or The balance will not change, but you will be granted a discount voucher of the same value to be used for a new reservation within 12 months.
A reservation, even when confirmed by a voucher, is subject to compliance with the following terms:
- No visits allowed
- Time of arrival: from 1.30 p.m. to 7.00 p.m., according to previous arrangements, therefore please give us proper notice by phone, of the time of your arrival.
- For arrivals after 7.00 p.m. but before 9.00 p.m. an additional 30% is required
- After 9.00 p.m. the reservation will be cancelled
- On arrival you are expected to give (to register) your particulars for registration, to settle your bill and to leave a deposit of 50 Euros per room which will be paid (given) back on departure, after subtracting the cost of small amages or losses, if any. All damages or losses exceedingt 50 Euros shall be charged to (shall be at the expense of, shall be paid by) the guests and shall be paid (settled) before leaving the B&B.
- The fare for left luggage is 2 Euros per person
- Departure time: by 10.30 a.m.
- For departure after 10.30 a.m. but not after 3.00 p.m. (to arrange with your hosts) there is an additional fare of 50% of the cost per day/night
- By booking on line you authorize us to the processing of your personal data
- The bill shall be settled up cash and the deposit of 50 Euros shall also be paid cash on arrival, before receiving the keys (although in some cases they can be paid through cashcards, or credit cards (Visa/Mastercard/Cartasì). No cheques accepted.
