Bedlinen and towels are included. In the bathroom you’ll find a hairdryer and, if necessary, a fan heater. At the end of your stay we will take care of the final cleaning.

Breakfast is included but you’ll have to prepare it yourself, just as you would at home…

A few tourist guides and maps are at your disposal in the flat and, if you wish so,  we can book taxis or limousines for you at reduced fares.

From Monti district you can walk to the most beautiful sites of the City, like Piazza di Spagna and the Trevi Fountain. Walking is indeed the best way to discover the narrow streets and the characteristic alleys of the historical centre, and to experience the emotion of catching a glimpse of the Colosseum,  maybe behind an ancient building’s roof. If you don’t wish to walk, anyhow, Cavour metro station and the bus stop are very close to  Little Rose Holiday House.

If you arrive by train, or by Leonardo Express from Fiumicino Airport, or by metro from Ciampino Airport to Termini Station, it’s just a 10-minute walk to the flat, or one metro stop on line B. If you are coming by car you’ll find a few  paying car parks in the surroundings.

The rooms are spacious and elegant,  with antique furniture, all with private bathroom, and offer amenities such as digital safe and mini-fridge. Two of them overlook Santa Maria Maggiore Basilica.

It is located in a large street which, passing by the important Basilica di San Clemente, connects the spectacular Piazza di San Giovanni in Laterano to the Colosseum. These latter are at walking distance but the area is very well connected by several buses and by the metro (two stations).

Termini station is just a few minutes away by foot or one metro stop away: Metro Line B to the Cavour stop.
From Fiumicino and Ciampino aiports take the urban train service to Termini station. Otherwise, book the shuttle service.

ANNALUCE B&B  is a penthouse apartment with a beautiful terrace full of plants in the center of Rome. It is in the Monti district, close to the Colosseum and the Campidoglio, near to shops, typical restaurants, wine-bars and cafès, and only a fifteen minute walk to the Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon.

I rent one spacious and bright double room with ensuite bathroom, air conditioning, wooden floors, wireless internet access, hairdryer and TV.

There is no curfew, you’ll receive apartment keys for the duration of your stay. You can have breakfast on the huge terrace in Rome’s good weather and you can use the kitchen of the house as if you were at home.

How to reach the B&B

From Leonardo Da Vinci – Fiumicino Airport Rome’s main airport is well-connected to the centre during the day by a direct train to Termini station and the urban train line FM1 which departs every 15 minutes from 6:27 to 21:27 (5.50 euro). With FM1, get off at Ostiense station and take the underground line B in the Rebibbia direction to the Cavour stop.

Otherwise, the direct train to Termini station (11.00 euro) leaves the airport every 30 minutes and is direct. Then you have to take the underground Metro Line B (Laurentina direction) and get off at the first stop, Cavour.

From Ciampino airport
You can take the COTRAL-SCHIAFFINI bus and stay on until you reach the underground stop Anagnina. Take the Metro Line A and get out at Termini station. Then take Metro line B (direction Laurentina) and get out at the first stop, Cavour.

You can also take the TERRAVISION bus (scheduled by Ryanair and Easy Jets Flights) which stops near the Stazione Termini. Then take the underground Metro line B (direction Laurentina) and get out at the first stop, Cavour.

Taxi The fare from Leonardo Da Vinci  (Fiumicino) Airport to the city centre is 40 euro. The fare from Ciampino Airport to the city centre costs 30 euro.
