The rooms are comfortable and sunny, at the 2° floor of a modern building with elevator.
There is no problem parking in the road, but left unattended.

The  B&B offers you the opportunity (on request) to park your own car in its reserved open space inside the building courtyard,.
The rooms are just about restored, furnished with care, with TV color and Internet connection.
You only have to take your own PC with you.
The bathroom is outside the rooms, with shower box, and is used by guests only.
We will change your towels every 3 days and tidy up your room every day.
Your children will find some books for them to be used during their stay and there are books to read for every one.

In the rooms, smoking is forbidden but you could smoke in the small terrace at the entrance of the house.

• Fiumicino Airport : Leonardo da Vinci-Fiumicino Airport has ist own inside railway station. You can take either the direct train to Central Termini Railway Station (one every 30 minutes starting from h. 6.37 a.m. up to h. 11.37 p.m., tkt price € 11,00 ; 30 minute time trip ) or the local train to Orte or Fara Sabina or Poggio Mirteto and get off at the Nomentana Station stop. (one every 20 minutes from h. 6.27 a.m until h. 11.27 p.m., tkt price € 5,00 ; 45 minute time trip ).Once arrived, go straight along Via (street) Val d’Aosta and reach Via (street) Nomentana (3 minute walk ). • Ciampino Airport : From Ciampino airport you can take the Bus shuttle (one every 30 minutes), towards Anagnina.From here, you can take the underground as far as Termini Central Station. • Tiburtina Railway Station : his the longest way (about 40 minute time ) but more comfortable one.
