Arriving at the motorway (G.R.A.) around Roma take it and came out at exit number 23 (via Appia Nuova), go straight for about 10 km than go back toward “RE di Roma” square following the circle,after 2 traffic lights you will see a petrol station on a big square, straight after you turn right:Circonvallazione Appia.

- BY PLANE

Arriving at Fiumicino airport just catch the “Leonardo Express” to Termini station, than take the line A (direction Anagnina) 4 stops to Ponte Lungo Station.

Or (from Fiumicino) catch the train “FM1” (direction “Fara Sabina”) to Tuscolana station.

From Ciampino airport you can get a shuttle bus to Anagnina station, than take the line A to Ponte lungo station.

- BY TRAIN

From the main Termini station catch the tube line A (direction Anagnina) and after 4 stops you will arrive to Ponte Lungo station.

Spending a few days in Rome is an important occasion. People coming to Rome normally look for a hotel or a pensione.  B&B  is a better option:  there you’ll feel at home, with a well-equipped kitchen at your disposal (not all B&Bs offer this service) where you can do your own cooking when you feel like eating at home. MetroLine A (San Giovanni Station) and buses 649, 3 and 571 connect the area to the two main railway stations, Termini and Tiburtina, to the two airports (Fiumicino and Ciampino), and to the Vatican City, Trastevere, and the historical centre of the Capital. You can easily and quickly reach all the most important monument and  sites of  interest.

The apartment is located in Appio, a quarter next to the city center. You will stay in a quiet and trimly house with 4 floors. You will live in the 3rd floor, an elevator doesn`t exist. You will find the roman subway – called “Metropolitana” – 350 meters away. The station is called “Colli Albani”, there you can get in and get off. You can take the bus at the bus stop, which is only 50 meters away from the door of your house. 800 meters far you can take a train which arrive and depart at the railway station FF.SS “Tuscolana”; 350 meters away you can catch a cab at the cabstand. The house is located in a very important commercial center which includes the Via Appia going to San Giovanni and a shopping street about 3 kilometers, directly behind the house.!

APARTMENT
The apartment is a renovated one room flat about 35 m², supplied with furniture and appliances including a king-size bed and a couch to sleep, also comfortable for children. The sleeping area is furnished by a breakfront, the day area by a couch, a table including 4 chairs and a TV. In the kitchen exists a oven, a fridge and a freezer. A shower, a toilet and bidet and a washing machine will be yours in the bathroom. At the balcony you have a view over the basilica. The door is closed by key security.

The price includes the utilization of sheets, bath towels, towels for bath and kitchen, pots and pans, washing machine, TV and a hair dryer.
The bed coverings will be changed weekly. The house invites you to make known the really roman life because of it`s beautiful location.

SIGHTS NEXT to YOU
Going along the street you will arrive at the beautiful Parco della Caffarella. This public garden brings you to the archaeological funds of the street Via Appia antica, the oldest street of the city. This public garden is located outside of the Porta S. Sebastiano. In 200 hectare you can find the beauty of Triopio di Erode Attico, the temple of S. Urbano, the cave of nymph Egeria, the tomb of Annia Regilla and along the street Via Appia the tomb of Cecilia Metella and the roman catacombs.
Behind the basilica St. Maria Ausiliatrice, Villa Lais is located. It is a park, which you arrive after 5 minutes by feet. In documents from the 19th century you can read the first time about this origin. With a lot of different plants it seems like a botanic garden. There is a dreamlike, small chapel, which becomes to a place for weddings, from Friday until Monday.
If you take the bus you will arrive at the church San Giovanni in Laterano and at Santa Croce in Gerusalemme, one of the 7 pilgrim churchs. By subway you can reach the Vatican. The famous Colosseo or the big railway station is attainably in only 15 minutes, comfortably by bus.
