This is the house in which I was born and raised. My mother Victoria has decided to make it a Bed and Breakfast. The House, which is on the 5th floor of a historical building of the early twentieth Century, is situated 50 metres from the entrance to Termini central station, nearby a covered parking.We offer our guests 3 double rooms (2 with double bed and 1 with two single beds) each having a private bathroom with shower, hairdryer, tv color and free wi fi connection.Rooms ceilings are 4 metres high with refined paintings.Prices include a rich continental breakfast served in dining room, linen and towels.

Easily accessible from the Grande Raccordo bypass, it is situated in the heart of the famous Pigneto area, known for its artists and quaint restaurants where it is possible to enjoy the local Roman cuisine. The Basilica of Saint John Lateran, the Colosseum, the Imperial Fora, the university area and Piazza  della Repubblica, to name but a few, are all easily accessible from here.

The elegant and unusual accommodations of b&b are situated close to Termini Station, in the centre of the historical part of Rome. They reside in an eighteenth century building which has recently been renovated; placed on the first floor, they are spacious, bright and reserved.
The rooms look down onto “Piazza Indipendenza”. With a small park in the middle, the piazza is surrounded by authoritative buildings such as “Il Palazzo dei Marescialli”- La Magistratura”, And the famous newspaper “Il Corriere dello Sport”. The back windows overlook a beatiful edifice in the Liberty style, with its picturesque and complacent balconies and yards, clad with flowers; thus, making the whole a folkloristic scenario.
The rooms are all independent, with bathrooms en suite, and equipped with every comfort. They have been decorated by a Designer, therefore are unique in style. Bright colors play together on large canvases, along with raku sculptures, conveying the very personal emotion of the artist Giulia Tasso

Some of apartments have a garden or a wide balcony. The Residence is situated in an area called Pigneto not far from the Colosseum, Circo Massimo, Foro Romano and close to the main railway station Termini.

Once inside, the recently renovated B&B is well-kept, bright and quiet; the perfect atmosphere to come home to after a long walk in the historical centre you’ll have at your doorstep. In fact, the ‘Terme di Diocleziano’ is just as easy and quick to get to as the Colosseum, Spanish Steps, Piazza Venizia and the roman ruins (Fori imperiali) are …

10 metres from your front door, you’ll find a Subway station, buses and trams that can take you all over Rome.
Down the street, there’s the Termini railway station; a 30-minute train ride from both airports.

Christine and Daniele know the city’s monuments, attractions and restaurants very well and enjoy giving advice to guests. Don’t be afraid to ask!

How to reach us

From Termini Station: Head to Piazza dei Cinquecento and take the number 14 bus (in the direction of Togliatti) which passes every 12 minutes or the 15 bus (in the direction of Gerani) which passes every 7 minutes and get off at Piazza Porta Maggiore. With the Metro Underground Take the Metro A line in the direction of Anagnina and get off at the San Giovanni stop. Follow on foot until Piazza Santa Croce in Gerusalemme. If you want to take the Metro B line, get off at Termini Railway Station, change to the Metro A and follow the above instructions.

From Fiumicino Airport: Head to the FS train stop and Terminal Leonardo Da Vinci and take the train to Termini Railway Station (departs every 30 min and cost € 11). There is one stop. From the station take the bus number 14. After 5 stops get off at Via di Porta Maggiore.

From Ciampino Airport: Take the bus to Termini Railway Station (lasts 40 min and costs 10 € euro).Ciampino Airport is situated a few stops from the end of the line of the Metro A underground. Head to Ciampino Station and take the bus in the direction of Anagnina and the Metro A. Take the Metro Underground and get off after about 15 stops at San Giovanni a Porta Maggiore.

By Car Take the GRA (Grande Raccordo Anulare). Exit 14 and take the Tangenziale Est for the direction Eur-San Giovanni until it arrives in the city. At the second traffic light turn right and pass the arch. Turn right and go past the Basilica di Santa Croce in Gerusalemme A second possibility is to Exit 27 of the Grande Raccordo Anulare and follow the Cristoforo Colombo. Pass the Terme di Caracalla until you arrive at San Giovanni the Basilica di Santa Croce in Gerusalemme .
