You will be staying in  Tivoli, one of Latium’s major archeological sites as to historical and cultural importance, and Rome is just a 10-minute bus ride. What’s better than waking up in the morning in a healthy place, away from the city bustle, and relaxing while having a wholesome breakfast, though being so close to Rome? And Rome has its more than two-thousand-year-old origins also in Villa Adriana, an archeological treasure which you will soon discover.  It’s just a 5-minute walk from our B&B.

Tivoli is a quiet and hospitable village which can be reached by car, either taking  Via Tiburtina or  the Grande Raccordo Anulare (Great Ring Road), and  then the Rome-L’Aquila motorway.  You can reach our B&B also by bus or train, buying the BIRG ticket (a special daily ticket) which can be used all over the region and allows unlimited travel on all city and regional transport.

Enjoy a  fully relaxing holiday in a magnificent resort  among the green hills of Ciociaria, an area  which is particularly rich in history, culture and tradition.  Chose our B&B, which is located on top of a hill (elevation 800 m.) at just one hour distance from Roma  (Autostrada A1 Roma-Napoli) and plunge into a green refuge, away from the fuss of the city,  25 km. from the magnificent beach of Sperlonga and  50 km. from the spectacular Parco Nazionale d’Abruzzo.

A cheerful family will  welcome you in a warm and friendly atmosphere  so as to make you really feel at home in a simple but elegant structure.

What you will find here  is  not a common B&B but a warm and hospitable structure which can offer you many  extra services, such as, for instance, a guided tour through the most striking sites of the area or an exciting trip on a 13 m. long  sailing boat leaving from the marvellous Sperlonga and Gaeta coast to discover the enchanting Isole Pontine.

Mild climate… healthy life… and, of course, typical  food and wine will make your holiday “unforgettable”!

Two swimming pools, bar, beach volley court, fitness and massage centre, children entertainment area, live music area for night dancing and  concerts,  open air disco where you can also organize private parties, weddings and business meetings: those are some of the facilities you have at your disposal. But you might prefer horse riding, or trekking …  And there are tracks for quads and bug riders… Nothing is impossible here!

From our B&B you can easily reach the magnificent Abbazia di Casamari (Casamari Abbey) and Montecassino (Montecassino Abbey), as well as the wonderful beaches of Sperlonga, Gaeta and Terracina. You mustn’t miss another nearby outstanding place: the historical site of Pastena with its spectacular Caves and its Museum of Peasant Culture.

This is the ideal option for those who wish a quiet and relaxing stay in a warm and friendly atmosphere, far from parking problems, traffic jams, noise, and air-pollution. It’s a good place to base yourself if you plan on going to the discover of Rome’s most interesting and particularly attractive areas.

Pepe Verde B&B is housed inside a  green residential area, called “Parco Azzurro” (Blue Park) and has a children’s playground and a charming garden equipped with deck-chairs, where you can relax or have your breakfast  in summertime (and sometimes  in springtime, weather permitting).

The apartment,  with it’s own entrance,  has been recently renovated,  and is pleasantly decorated and furnished.
At the guests’disposal a large dining-room with a fully equipped cooking-area (cleaning of the latter at guests’care), where  continental breakfast is served in the morning, as well as a relaxing area with comfortable sofas, TV and a fire-place which will cheer up your winter evenings. The apartment is also provided with a stereo-system and a free wi-fi internet connection.

Pepe Verde B&B can accomodate 9 persons in singles, doubles, triples, or rooms for 4, and 2 more people in two  single sofa-beds. All the rooms are attractive and comfortable, with simple modern-style furniture, and have private bathrooms with shower or tub, hairdryer and Colour TV.

Daily room cleaning and change of linen and towels every third day are included in the price.

You can park your car on the drive leading up to the house. We have special price arrangements for our guests with a few restaurants of the area.  You won’t  have any language problem: your hostess speaks fluent English, French and German.

Pepe Verde B&B’s activity (is regularly authorised by A.P.T. Rome Tourist Board) and complies with all hygiene and safety regulations currently in force. The premises comply with all the  requested standards so as to ensure the high level of hospitality which one expects from a B&B.

The friendly and helpful approach of its owners makes this B&B an excellent option. Their main concern is to spare their guests the unpleasant impersonal feeling that one often experiences while staying in a hotel and to ensure them a high level of comfort at a reasonable price.
