From Termini Station: take the metro, line A, and get off at the S. Giovanni stop
From Leonardo Da Vinci airport: Take the first train in the direction of Termini and then take the metro, line A, and get off at the San Giovanni stop.
From the Grande Raccordo Anulare (even easier ), take exit 23 Appia -San Giovanni
