In the centre of Rome, very close to St John’s Basilica, the Bed and Breakfast da Sergio e Cinzia is brand new and strategically located for visiting the sights of the eternal city.
The B&B has been recently restored and offers visitors a choice of 4 large bedrooms, all with air conditioning, fridge bar and spacious en suite bathrooms.
This is an ideal spot for passing your vacation, 700 metres from St John’s Basilica, 800 metres from Via Appia Antica park and just up against the Aurelian walls.
The Appia Nuova district is full of fine shops and restaurants, discotheques, pubs, beer cellars and night spots all within a few minutes of the B&B.
The rooms are on the 4th floor of an elegant and quiet old building equipped with lifts.
Furnishings are stylishly refined but the atmosphere is very welcoming.

From B&B di Sergio e Cinzia you can get in very quick time to the most important sights, including the Coliseum, St Peters basilica in the Vatican, the Trevi fountain, Piazza di Spagna, Piazza San Giovanni in Laterano and the Fori Imperiali.
This is the Appia Nuova quarter, one of the most central in the city and, on request, you can be picked-up from and taken back to Rome Fiumicino or Ciampino airports.
Also on request guided visits can be arranged to the historic monuments, as well as half-day excursions to some of the most interesting places and areas around Rome.

From Leonardo Da Vinci airport: take the first train towards Termini, then take Line A of the metro and get off at the Re Di Roma stop.
