This B&B, which has recently undergone (November 2008) a stylish total renovation, is housed on the mezzanine floor of an early 20th Century building. It is located in the historical centre of Imperial Rome, between Santa Croce in Gerusalemme and San Giovanni basilicas, and at short distance from Santa Maria Maggiore, the Colosseum and the Imperial Forums (just ten minutes on foot).
Spending a few days in Rome is an important occasion. People coming to Rome normally look for a hotel or a pensione. B&B is a better option: there you’ll feel at home, with a well-equipped kitchen at your disposal (not all B&Bs offer this service) where you can do your own cooking when you feel like eating at home. A B&B like this is something completely different from an ordinary hotel option, and is certainly a money- saving choice
Spending a holiday in a private home is the best choice, If you wish to know the Eternal City thoroughly: by doing so, you’ll live for a few days like a Roman.

The rooms are tastefully furnished, all have private en suite bathroom, heating, air-conditioning, LCD TV, wi-fi internet connection, safe and hairdryer.
Our guests are also allowed to use, whenever they like, the fridge and the cooking facilities with no extra costs, as well as an internet point located in the hall.

No cur-few. You’ll have your own keys to the apartment, therefore you can go to and fro at any time, which is not always possible if you stay in a hotel.
Metro
Line A (San Giovanni Station) and buses 649, 3 and 571 connect the area to the two main railway stations, Termini and Tiburtina, to the two airports (Fiumicino and Ciampino), and to the Vatican City, Trastevere, and the historical centre of the Capital. You can easily and quickly reach all the most important monument and sites of interest.
Thanks to its location in a central area where motor vehicles are admitted, this B&B is a good option also for those travelling by car.
