The central location of this elegant B&B, very close to St.Peter’s square, makes it the best choice for your Roman holiday. Housed on the third floor of a building (there is a lift, of course), it has recently undergone a total renovation according to the most recent trend in décor and furniture. It consists of three very comfortable bedrooms, all with air conditioning, TV and Wi-Fi internet connection. Owing to his passion for sailing, the owner has named each room after a wind.
- The Levante (East Wind) room, with queen size bed, en-suite bathroom (with shower), marble flooring and balcony.
- The Maestrale (Northwest Wind) room with queen size bed and en-suite bathroom.
- The Ponente (West Wind) room with single bed, parquet flooring, and en- suite bathroom.
Daily room cleaning.
From B&B you can walk to St. Peter’s Square and to the Vatican Museums (1,5 km), while by bus (stop very close) you can quickly reach the historical centre, Piazza Navona and Campo de’ Fiori. You can also walk to the large and beautiful park of Villa Pamphili, which really deserves a visit.
A fine bed and breakfast in the area immediately adjacent to the Vatican and is therefore a particularly convenient arrangement, yet quiet for those coming to Rome for tourism.
The house is on the third floor (with elevator) and has recently been refurbished and restored inspired by the latest trends in furnishings.

All played in shades of brown and black and white Carrara marble floors.
The double room has a balcony.
The single room, with parquet flooring, and also has a bathroom (with shower).

How to reach us
From Fiumicino Airport: you can catch a taxi ( fare around 40 Euros) or a train to Termini Station (around 11 Euros) and from Termini Station bus 64 to Piazza Argentina and from there bus 571 or 916, getting off at Gregorio VII/San Damaso (10 stops). Our B&B is just a few feet away. If you prefer, you can take a taxi from Termini Station for about 15 Euros.
From Ciampino Airport: take a taxi (fare around 45 Euros) or a bus to Anagnina metro station and from there bus 64, get off at Piazza Argentina and change to bus 571 or 916 and get off at Gregorio VII/San Damaso (10 stops). Then it’s a 50 metre walk to our B&B.
From Termini Station: take a taxi fare (around 15 Euros) or bus 64 to Piazza Argentina and bus 571 0r 916 to Gregorio VII/San Damaso (10 stops).
By car: take the GRA (Great Ring Road) and exit at Via Aurelia (direction Città del Vaticano/Centro). When you reach Piazza San Giovanni Battista de la Salle turn right on Circonvallazione Aurelia and go straight on until you reach Via Gregorio VII.
