A charming B&B, housed at the fourth floor (there is a lift, of course) in an elegant late 19th-century palazzo, which combines stylish furniture and fittings and a very plesant atmosphere. A sensational location: from its windows you can see the Towers of the Papal Apartments, St.Peter’s Basilica’s dome (Michelangelo’s masterpiece), and the entrance to the Vatican Museums.St.Peter’s Square is within a stone’s throw from Sara’s B&B. From there you can walk to Castel Sant’Angelo and, following the right bank of the Tiber, to Trastevere, one of the most picturesque parts of Rome.
The metro (Ottaviano/San Pietro station, 100 metres from the B&B) connect this historical district, named Prati, to all areas of the City. You can quickly reach Piazza del Popolo, Piazza di Spagna, and the Trevi Fountain. This area is also very well connected to Fiumicino Airport and to Termini Station
Prati district is a very quiet residential area with shops, pubs, restaurants, cinemas, gelaterie, chemist’s shops, banks, and bus terminals.
The spacious and bright rooms are stylish, comfortable and soundproof: there are doubles, triples, and quads, each with own bathroom.
